It is time to get back into shape this January, finished feeling lazy and time to pump up some energy. There are a lot of great gyms around and about Victoria and Chelsea, and I am prepared to share my little black book of fun places to go and sweat it off.
I personally, I prefer attending classes, being in a group of like minded people gives me encouragement: if they can do, I can do it!
Here are some recommendations of places I have been to this January:
Triyoga in Chelsea is a great place if you are yoga fanatic. All classes take place in a loft like environment and there is a wide selection of yoga classes. My personal favourite it hot Vinyasa Yoga which really makes you sweat out all the bad toxins!
372 King's Rd, Chelsea, London SW3 5UZ
Heartcore in Chelsea is a great place if you enjoy Pilates Allegro (on a machine) or Barre classes. Also if you are looking for something a little more intense they offer TRX classes which are a killer!
6 Burnsall St, Chelsea, London SW3 3ST
They offer a wide selection fun, unique and quirky classes such as “Surfset Yoga” (Yoga on a surf board), “Bunny Bootcamp” and “Spare Tyre”.
123 Victoria Street, London SW1E 6DE
Kobox is fight club meet nightclub. You will get an intense boxing work-out with loud music and low lighting. It is a high intensity work-out.
Unit 8-11 Kings Walk, 122 Kings Road, London SW3 4TR
Lomax offers group classes and personal training. It is a great place if you wish to build up your muscles and strengthening work.
293 Fulham Rd, London SW10 9PZ
