When is check in and out?

Check-in time is from 2pm onwards and check-out time is 12pm. Eccleston Square Hotel team can store your luggage on the day of arrival, during your stay and on day of departure. We are unable to store your luggage for additional days when you are not staying in the hotel.

How do I get to Eccleston Square Hotel?

The hotel is situated just a five minutes’ walk from Victoria underground, national rail and coach stations. Pimlico and Sloane Square tube stations are a 10 minutes’ walk.

London Gatwick Airport- 30 minutes by Gatwick Express train to Victoria Station

Do you have parking?

We do not have an on-site car park. However, Q Car Park is located just a 5-minute walk away on Cumberland Street, SW1V 4LY and costs £27 per 24 hours. 15% discount tickets are available for hotel guests at reception or use the code ECCSQU15when you book online.

What do we do when we arrive?

Our front desk is open 24/7. Our front door is locked at all times. When arriving at the hotel, please ring bell and a staff member will let you in. During your stay, you will be able to use your room key to open the front door automatically.
