When is check in and out?

Check-in time is from 2pm onwards and check-out time is 12pm. Eccleston Square Hotel team can store your luggage on the day of arrival, during your stay and on day of departure. We are unable to store your luggage for additional days when you are not staying in the hotel.

How do I get to Eccleston Square Hotel?

The hotel is situated just a five minutes’ walk from Victoria underground, national rail and coach stations. Pimlico and Sloane Square tube stations are a 10 minutes’ walk.

Do you have parking?

We do not have an on-site car park. However, Q Car Park is located just a 5-minute walk away on Cumberland Street, SW1V 4LY. Guests can benefit from a 15% discount at Q-Park Pimlico, located a 5-minute walk away, by pre-booking through their website www.q-park.co.uk using the code ECCSQU15. Q-Park is open 24/7 and features PaSS Technology (Automated Number Plate Recognition) for seamless entry and exit. What do we do when we arrive?

Our front desk is open 24/7. Our front door is locked at all times. When arriving at the hotel, please ring bell and a staff member will let you in. During your stay, you will be able to use your room key to open the front door automatically.

Do I need a credit card when I check-in?

Yes, we will take a pre-authorisation of £100 per night for any incidentals that may occur during your stay. On departure, the pre-authorisation will be released, the timeframe will depend on your bank and country.

Do you offer early check-in and late check-out?

Early check-in is available from 10am onwards at a fee of £40. Late check-out is available until 2pm at a fee of £20.
Early check-in and late check-out is only available subject to availability and we urge you to contact our front desk team to confirm these options with them.

What room amenities do you have in the room?

We provide Babyliss hairdyer, bathrobes, slippers, L’Occitane bathroom amenities (shampoo, conditioner, soap and shower gel), Nespresso coffee and two bottles of Evian water once per stay. We also provide iron and ironing board on demand.

Do you have twin rooms, and do you provide an extra bed in the room?

All of our guest-rooms have Queen or King size double beds. We do not provide twin rooms. All of our guest rooms are maximum two guests per room and we do not offer extra beds. We also do not have connecting rooms, however please contact our front desk team to see if we can allocate rooms close to each other.

Does the hotel offer extra bed or cot in the room?

Are there safes in the room?

Yes, all of our room have laptop size safes in each guest-room which can be locked using a digital code.

Is Wi-Fi free and how to do I log on?

Yes wi-fi is free at Eccleston Square Hotel. To log on please select “Guest_Wifi”, you will then be prompted to accept terms and conditions. There is no password required.

Does the hotel accept pets?

Unfortunately, we do not accept pets.

What is the cancellation policy at Eccleston Square Hotel?

This depends on the rate that you have booked. If you have booked a flexible rate, you must cancel by 2pm (London time), 1 day prior to arrival. If you have booked a non-refundable rate, you are not able to cancel this reservation.

Does the hotel offer laundry service?

Eccleston Square Hotel works with an external laundry service which is able to pick-up and drop-off items to be washed. The laundry price list can be found in the bottom drawer of your in-room cupboard.

Can I store my bike/scooter in the hotel?

As the hotel has limited storage space, we are unable to store bikes, scooters or any form of micro mobility vehicles.
