Welcome to Eccleston Square Hotel, one of London's most luxurious boutique hotels. If you didn’t know already, we’re located on a serene garden square bordering Belgravia, Pimlico and Victoria.
Our guests tell us that we’re the best hotel in London for the summer – here’s why:
Green Heart of Westminster
As a guest at Eccleston Square Hotel, you have access to Eccleston Square’s beautiful, award-winning private gardens, which are otherwise, only available to residents of the square. Often referred to as the Green Heart of Westminster, these three acres of verdant gardens are filled with spectacular plants, perfect lawns, benches and tables and a beautiful, shaded walkway.
Looking to avoid the crowds in London? Eccleston Square Gardens are a peaceful oasis – away from the crowds of tourists and picnickers in London’s beautiful, but very busy green and Royal Parks.
Your own outside spaces
When the sun does shine in London, we want you to make the most of it!
Choose from our stunning balcony king rooms that overlook Eccleston Square’s award-winning gardens. Or our beautiful, spacious private patio signature king rooms feature a discreet personal patio with adorable furnishings.
Tech for your good
We’ve won many-awards for our pioneering technology, some of the tech you will see, some you won’t.
Behind the scenes, we’ve invested in our climate control systems, so the entire building, and individual rooms can be cooled and warmed simply and quickly.
Each room has its powerful air-conditioning supply, giving you cleaner, fresher air on demand. Our rooms were designed to handle technology, so you’ll find the technology seamlessly blends with the room fittings – like the state-of-the art SONOS sound bars, smart TVs, and our innovative SmartGlass in-room system that transforms bathroom glass walls and doors to opaque with a simple touch.
The hero of each bedroom must be the sumptuous, handcrafted Swedish Hästens massage beds. The fine, natural materials give a Hästens bed breathability which helps to regulate the body's temperature while sleeping. And then we gift-wrap your bed in the coolest, finest bed linen for the right comfort and support - together, they help you experience perfect sleep.
Location, location, location!
Two of London’s prettiest locations are a five-minute walk away.
If you’re looking for cafes, bars and restaurants with outdoor seating in London, then try our favourite spots at Eccleston Yards which include Latin eats at Morena, sustainable (and fashionable) bites at Wild by Tart a delightful afternoon tea at Biscuiteers Belgravia and for general good times, take a table at Aime Wine Bar and Jones Family Kitchen.
This glorious little corner of London has no through traffic and wall-to-wall independents of great interest. Including some fantastic beauty and wellness hideouts, like the Re:Mind studio, from SMUK, LondonCryo, Barry’s Gym and Hot Yoga.
And then there’s Elizabeth Street: possibly the prettiest street in London, here you will find the most beautiful little independent, artisan boutique stores.

Two of London’s best outdoor cafes are here, choose from the picture-perfect Peggy Porschen, or the uber cool TomTom Café.
After a phenomenal meal at The Thomas Cubitt - a gorgeous Georgian gourmet pub, we recommend you take time to window shop along Elizabeth Street’s beautiful boutiques where you’ll stumble across Beulah (fighting slavery through fashion), Summerhill & Bishop, Philip Treacy (milliner extraordinaire), Me & EM, Jeroboams, Mungo & Maud, Jo Loves by Jo Mallone and Joanna Wood.
Finding us from Victoria:
If you decide to take the train to Eccleston Square Hotel, head for London Victoria’s main train station concourse (upstairs from the tube).
If/when exiting the tube, follow the exit signs for national rail, you don’t want to follow signs for Cardinal Place. Arrive in Victoria’s main station concourse and make your way to platform 1, where there is an exit.
You’ll find yourself across from the Hilton Doubletree. Take a right at this exit and walk up the small hill, to the main road, which you will cross. You will now be at the bottom right hand corner of Eccleston Square. The hotel’s entrance is at no.37 Eccleston Square.
