PAYMENT: Payment for our Minotti Meeting Room can either be made by credit card or bank transfer. Any outstanding amount due for the meeting must be settled prior to the meeting.
We will require a credit card on file for incidentals and extras. This credit card should be presented to our reception prior to the start of the meeting and will be charged for consumables.
FOOD AND DRINK: Neither food nor drink of any kind will be permitted to be brought into Eccleston Square Hotel by the guest or any of the invited guests.
ARRIVAL AND DEPARTURE: Please let Eccleston Square Hotel know of any requirements needed for the meeting prior to your arrival. Example: computer connectivity with screen, room set-up, food and beverage requirements etc.
We would recommend the organiser to come on property 20 minutes prior to the start of the meeting to make sure that all IT is set-up for the meeting.
Our Minotti Meeting Room is charged at £90 per hour. If the client uses the Minotti Meeting Room over the allocated time which they had booked for, the hotel has the right to charge the guest pro rata for any additional time used.
MINOTTI MEETING ROOM AMENITIES AND TECHNOLOGY:
The Minotti Meeting Room is hired in perfect condition and must be returned undamaged. Clients are strictly not allowed to hang items on the walls included cello tape and blue tack. The Minotti Meeting Room 103” Plasma Screen is NOT touch screen. The screen must not be touched and nothing should be hung on the screen. The Minotti Meeting Room Screen has a £20,000 value and any damage made to the screen will be charged to the client.
The hotel cannot accept fashion events where make-up is used.
The client agrees to be responsible for any damage done to the meeting room or any other part of the hotel by themselves, their guests, invitees, employees, independent contractors or other agents under the guest’s control.
Additionally, if the room is left in poor condition, the hotel will charge a housekeeping fee at cost.
